I'll join you all as well. I'd like to lose 30-40 pounds and be healthier. I have reduced my added sugars 3 weeks ago and have lost several inches off my breast, waist, hips and thighs. This week I'd like to lower my carbs to a reasonable level. I'll also get back to some daily exercise. I hate this cold weather, makes me lazy.0

I'm in! I have around 28lbs/13kg to lose, hopefully by August, from 65.8kg three days ago I'm a vegetarian that's recently discovered I have wheat intolerance/potential IBS and I'm starting long distance running next week so it's definitely time to make a change!0

I am heading to Southeast Asia in late June where it is hot and humid and I want my clothes to fit loosely so I am not a sweaty mess as we explore new horizons. I am also just plain overweight and have been putting March 1 as my start date down for a month.

Thank you everyone for the support! I have about 60 pounds to lose. I don't have a particular date in mind to reach my goal. For me, this will be a marathon not a race.
I have found it easier to break my goal down into smaller more manageable portions. This helps tremendously when I am feeling overwhelmed about trying to hit my bigger long term goal.
With that said, for the month of March I am looking to lose ten pounds. I don't think I'm setting the bar too high. I feel like I should be able to meet this goal.
