I look top heavy at 140 so that is where I stop. Plus that's the weight my doc told me to stop at. large chest thighs and calves and relatively small hips and waist at that point

When I was in high school, I weighed 110 pounds. I think that would be too skinny now, since I'm no longer on the swim team or the marching band. I'm shooting for 125. I'm at 148 right now and I still have a significant tummy, but my thighs and upper arms look fine.

    5'1 and 100- 105lb.
    - This weight isn't for everyone, but you did ask for the weight I was comfortable at.
I was this weight during my teens, added 13lb during pregnancy, lost it, and was back to 100-105 until about 45.
Between 45-ish and 55-ish I put on 30lb, I call it my menopausal gain, saw a picture of myself and was horrified!
Lost the 30 over the next year through cal control, weights, and cardio, and have maintained with no problem ever since.
Like I said this weight isn't for everyone my height, but it is right for me.
I have no curves, never had, and I think that is why this weight, though light, is right.
Yes, I do have decent muscles and strength for my size.

    Cheers, h.

I've always been curvy, with a D-DD cup size and 32-34 inch hips, at 120 lbs. My goal is 125, I've been as low as 109 in high school, but I don't need to be able to count my ribs through the skin, and I get the stegosaurus backbone going on - I was super active then also. I am 5'2" and have a petite frame. At 109 lbs, I was wearing size 0-3 jeans, but I am more comfortable in 5-6's.
Currently, I'm in a size 12 jean, so I have a lot to lose!

Had to have a little giggle, I said I had no curves, but seeing a couple of D and DD posts I thought I should say a 32B has room for a pair of socks on me!
32-25-34, ( made it to a 34c for a few months breast feeding and found it hard to cope with the size).
If I had any curves, I too would be happy heavier than what I am.

    We are all sooooo different.

Avitar is me at 105, not skinny looking by any means.

    Cheers, h.

I'm 5' 1 1/5" right now I'm around 135/136. Been as low as 105. I think for me tho my favourite look was when I was a more muscular 120 and that's what I'm aiming to get back to after baby 3...

As of right now, my goal weight is 135. I am currently around 175 so after I lose the extra 40 lbs, I'll see if I want to lose anything more. I am going less on what the scale says and what size my pants are and more of where I feel comfortable

At just shy of 5'2, I'm working towards 120 as that was my "best case scenario" before I had my daughter. I'm super close at 124. However, I lost more than a bra cup after pregnancy and 1 year of nursing. My husband thinks I should consider the "teens" to balance out my now tiny boobies. We'll see.

I'm 5'2" In high school I weighed 115 to 118. About 5 years ago I used MFP to get down to 123ish and I got mixed reviews (good to look sick). I set my goal this time for 125 and will re-evaluate when I get there. I too have muscular legs. The picture of me on the couch in profile was about 126.

I'm between 5'2" and 5'3" and currently 136-138. I have huge thighs and calves, but I train for marathons, so they're very muscular. I want to be around 130 lbs; I like how I look now, but I want to tighten up my core/back by doing some strength training in addition to the running. I was 115-120 in high school and running half marathons, but I just don't think I need to be quite that skinny again. I like all the clothes I've bought in the last year or two and don't want to buy new ones!!

Right now 142, just surprisingly got into my last year size six skinny jeans and they are pretty loose another five pounds and I'll have to put them back on the shelve. I'm am wearing 32DD/32D pretty flat stomach curvy. My goal is to loose another 5-7 lbs of fat then gain 5-10 of muscle. I don't care about weight. That would make me a lean firm solid 4/6.

I'm 5'2" and about 114lbs right now. I think I look best between 105-110 so that's where I'm trying to get, although more interested in general toning then the scale!

5'2, my most comfortable weight is between 110-115, right now I'm 131 and failing miserably trying to get back to that weight. I've been as low as 102 and was sickly looking and lost my boobs. I have big hips so I think 110 is a good point

I'm 5'2 as well with a small frame. I'm currently 130 pounds (was 192). I was aiming for a goal weight of 112 - 115 but my body seems to want to chill out at 130. If I could get to 125 I'd be stoked!

I'm 5'1" and look best at 115-120 lbs.
  • Hey all I had a baby in Oct of 2013 and gained 65lbs!! Mostly due to preeclampsia...Ah!!! I'm 5'2 and 178lbs and have never been this heavy in my life. My bra size is an F. YIKES. I'm looking to get down to 135-140 for a starting goal and then see how I feel. I'd love to get down to 125 but we will see how things go.
I've been working out like crazy for four weeks and just now got back into calorie counting. I realized that I won't lose weight otherwise! I'm looking for friends and encouragement on this journey! Send me a request if you are too!

I'm 5'0 and 120 lbs. I'm very happy at this weight. I'm small up top; I carry all my weight in my hips and thighs.

I am not quite that tall, I'm 4'11" and currently about 103. I was 170 and a 38 DDD and a size 13-15. I'm now a 34 A and a size 0-1. The weight I am at how is where I feel and look the best in my opinion.

I'm 5'1 and currently 157 pounds down from a high of 187. I'd like to get close to my college weight of 115 but right now I'm working on getting to 130 by my wedding in September. I think its attainable in this time frame. My main issue is my arms, they've always been bulky and thick.

Im 5'3. I was always on thin side 105. until I had my children.after my first two I stayed around 140...but wasn't happy. After baby #3, I lost alot of weight and ended up around 130. I have since gained alot of weight and am now at 156 looking to be 135. That seems very realistic at 40 to maintain.

5'3 here and 132lbs. Very comfortable at this weight after losing 20lbs verrrrryy slowly last year through exercise and eating better.

Could probably stand to lose a few more but I'm building up some muscle at the moment! Also a curvy girl - 32F here :D

And isn't it funny how different people look at quite varying weights, even if they're a similar height? You look great at 105 but think I'd look odd! The human body is a wonderful thing

I'm a little over 5'0 and have been battling thyroid issues. Quickly went from 130 to 110 and then back up. I think I look best below 110. Trying to get back there, currently 125.

I'm 5'2" and right now and my best weight is about 115 to 120. I'm super close at 123 right now. Any less than that, and I'd look skeletal. I have a biggish rib cage and at 125ish I was already starting to see my ribs, so under 115 is right out of the question for me. Just want to tone up a bit at this point.

Interesting. I'm 5'2" and felt and looked my best (thinner size six) at 150lbs. I always thought it was large leg muscles, wide hips and (DDD-GG) chest but comparatively this number seems pretty high to everyone else.

Right now I'm 195 and am looking to drop 30 lbs, which will get me back into my size eights I think.
