How can I lose my belly fat?

I work a very active job CNA. And workout 3 times a week. Still have my belly fat no change. 1 month into this program.

What is your calorie deficit like? Working out will help you get in better shape, but eating less is the fastest way to loose weight.0

Staying really hydrated is important. Also, fun fact is that you have an organ in your abdomen called your omentum, and it holds on to a lot of fat if you don't get sufficient sleep. So make sure you are getting good sleep.
and of course, eat healthy foods and exercise!
