40 30 30 trail mix

Trying to figure out a recipe for trail mix that roughly follows the 40 carb/30 protein/30 fat ratio. I'm not a math genius and having trouble figuring it out. Would love to mix something like granola, raisins, peanuts and banana chips. Have scoured the internet but can't find recipes with this kind of nutritional info. It's for serious hiking so denser in calories is ok.

    Each Container Contains:
    8.4 barbque goldfish
    1/8 c of cut up orchard dried fruit blend
    1.5 tsp slivered almonds
    1/8 c walnuts
    1 tsp coconut
    goldfish has: 22.5 cal per container, Fruit: 30 calories per container
    sodium 2% .4% sodium or 3.75 mg
    fat 1.5 2.5% carbs or 7.5 g
    carbs1% 3% fibre or 0.75 g
    sodium 2% 1% vit C
    fibre 1% .5% calcium
    sugar .4% .5% iron
    calcium 11.5% %
    iron 1.5 %
    walnuts: 100 calories per container almonds: 20 calories per container
    fat: .75% 3% fat
    saturated + trans: 2.25% .5% sat and trans
    carbs: 1 g 2% fibre
    fibre 2% 1% iron
    cacium : 1% 1% calcium
    iron: 1%
    coconut, just a sprinkle so not worth breaking down, perhaps one calorie per container......... soooooooooo in total:
    98.7 calories
    6% sodium
    5% fat
    4.5% carbs8% fibre
    .4% sugar
    14% calcium
    4% iron

    I think the thing you'll struggle with here is the protein portion. Nuts have some protein but are mostly a fat source. Probably best to find some high protein recipes for trail mix and enter them into the recipe builder to check
