Struggles or successes of your week: I really struggled to stay in my calorie deficit last month, winter really does a number on my mental state so I'm considering it a success that I only lost 1 pound.
(Yesterday was my sons birthday so I ate a lot of sugar & salt. I believe my weight was artificially high this morning as a result so I don't think my goal is quite as aggressive as it may seem.)

Struggles or successes of your week: I have successfully managed to swap snacks for fruit and veg and decreased my portion sizes, I've manages to cut out all sugary drinks apart from the odd coffe with two sugars in. Really struggling to find the motivation to go to the gym, literally terrified of seeing people!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I have started eating low carb and added 150-200 calories to my eating plan for this month. The last 2 months were highly restricted and I'm happy to see that I can eat a little more! I'm not hungry so I must be doing something right! Finalizing the cut out of all added sugar was hard as I'm used to 1 measles teaspoon in my tea in the morning... And even that's gone now! It's good for me because sugar is a trigger for me but still it's hard!0 -
