Struggles or successes of your week: The week just started but I overdid it a bit with wine over the weekend so trying to tighten up during the week. Also, busy days leaving less time to exercise so having to push myself to get up early or exercise late. Success = ate amazingly well today!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I have successfully managed to swap snacks for fruit and veg and decreased my portion sizes, I've manages to cut out all sugary drinks apart from the odd coffe with two sugars in. Really struggling to find the motivation to go to the gym, literally terrified of seeing people!

Struggles or successes of your week: I have started eating low carb and added 150-200 calories to my eating plan for this month. The last 2 months were highly restricted and I'm happy to see that I can eat a little more! I'm not hungry so I must be doing something right! Finalizing the cut out of all added sugar was hard as I'm used to 1 measles teaspoon in my tea in the morning... And even that's gone now! It's good for me because sugar is a trigger for me but still it's hard!0 -

just realized when I posted this--I posted that I was 155.5 lbs. Ugh. I am actually 165.5. The last 10 lbs came on so fast, it's hard to even say that I let myself get to 165.5 at 5' tall! Therefore, my goal for 03/30/15 will be 159.5 (not 149.5)0 -
