just realized when I posted this--I posted that I was 155.5 lbs. Ugh. I am actually 165.5. The last 10 lbs came on so fast, it's hard to even say that I let myself get to 165.5 at 5' tall! Therefore, my goal for 03/30/15 will be 159.5 (not 149.5)0 -

I struggle with tracking but I have found a mentor and he's pretty good at checking in with me daily to make sure that I am on track. I'm a Pepsi drinker and I have eliminated that from my diet and have switched from sugar to stevia in the 3 cups of coffee that I have a day.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I was actually 273 Saturday morning, Feb 28. We had an "off" day and I had very little water that day, plus we ate out twice. I was up 6.6 lbs the next morning. That "off" day quickly turned into a 5-day skid. I am still down 31.8 from January and trying to get back on it again.0 -
