A big personal reward for the end of weight loss?

does anyone have a reward they are dangling infront of themselves for reaching their goal? Such as: vacation? New wardrobe? Etc...

Mine I won't elaborate on (will discuss in personal message) but it's an expensive 'body changer' lol!

Anyone else?

im going to reward myself with a whole new wardrobe (definitely with more dresses) because ever since I lost about 40 pounds, clothes shopping is fun and definitely not a chore!

I have a whole list-- with a reward for each 10 lbs and "big" rewards for milestones like vacations-- my final goal reward is also a "body changer" lol

I really don't. I've bought new clothes along the way and those are pretty much my reward.

A fancy Alexander McQueen dress. I started saving already. The dress will be a big splurge for me. Most of my clothes are thrifted. I don't ever plan on getting married. I'm calling it my Sweet 16/Prom/wedding dress splurge since we didn't have the money for the first two growing up anyways. God I love pretty dresses.

When I lose the weight, I'd love to have my first baby. One of the main reasons for losing weight. Then after I shed the baby weight and get toned up.... I'm getting my boobies done!!

A pretty new dress for my best friend's wedding and a pretty new dress for my big brother's wedding. Maybe a belly button piercing? Depends on how my stomach looks...and I'm married, 30 and have two kids...maybe not.

I rewared myself along the way with new clothes and a fablous coach bag when I hit the 60lbs mark.

My main goal was to run a marathon in my favorite city. Yes, I used that as my reward. HA I ran it and finished it in New Orleans and then had the most wonderful time in the "Quarter" and Bourbon St.

    I have a lot!

Tattoo ~ mermaid on my ribs, perhaps...
Vacation ~ St. Croix this summer!
Arm lift because my arms are already a wreck and I have 25ish pounds to go. Hopefully I can afford it around the beginning of next year.

I should be at my goal weight of 130 pounds before summer. One thing I don't have is a swimsuit so I'm looking forward to buying a rather flattering one. I will also buy myself lots of dresses. I can't wait to show off my body to my family members who like to tell me how big I am. I hope it shocks them to see me go from 191 at my highest to 130. I'm at 153 now.
  • If I can reach my goal weight, I'm "upgrading" my wedding ring to be a constant reminder! Also, babies :). Want to be a fit mom when it's finally that time.

I have many big rewards planned! And some small in between rewards! Sometimes I just lay in bed fantasizing about all the things I will rain down upon myself once I've achieved each goal. :D

    That is... adorable!

Who gave you the right to be so cute? I'm envious that you have somebody that close to you, too!

I'm halfway to my goal so I am rewarding myself with an overnight trip to a resort casino with my husband. We aren't really gamblers but we're going to see a comedian we enjoy and spend the afternoon in the spa being pampered.

When I reach my final goal, we have a small savings fund we're keeping in order to get some plane tickets to Germany to visit some of my husbands family, and to do some hiking near the old castles by their home.

I believe it is important to reward yourself but with activities instead of food. Too many times I see people reward themselves for a good job with cake or soda, which seems to defeat the purpose of getting healthy. I want to pamper my body for it's hard work and take it to exciting new places.

Great rewards!! I agree @‌itstimeRK that rewarding with different fun activities is very important! My husband and I are hoping next winter when your youngest is older that we can join a curling team and start snowshoeing on weekends, right now we go to the gym every Sunday together.

I have decided on my reward system until my body finally reaches the 'overweight' BMI category from the 'Obese' category. I have 6lb left to go. For each pound lost I am booking a massage to help my shoulders. I knew I was going to need a couple anyway because they have become so sore and tight from a combination of my job and cycling so much. This is just going to dictate the speed of my bookings over the next few months. The place I'm going to is really reasonable so I'm going to spend the money that I would otherwise use on takeaways and lunches out!

I've started trying to do this. I used to reward myself with a glass of wine. Now I buy fancy bubble bath or new nail varnishes.

Looking forward to fitting into that XL Paul McCartney concert t-shirt I bought 3 years ago that just hangs in my closet and a tattoo of Hanu on my back to remind me of the long long long journey I have taken to get there.
