I am in my first week of T25 myself, as I did two months of Turbo Fire and needed a change. I have seen HUGE improvements in just these few short days. I don't follow the eating plan in the book as I also have to worry about feeding the hubby and kiddo and they are picky eaters. I do however watch what I eat and use MFP to log my food. I would highly recommend taking measurements as the scale can be a pesky "set back" if you don't see the results you want in weight loss... you'd be surprised by the inches lost. Feel free to add me. On first week of t25. Already seeing improvements. I can do active stretches without teetering. Quads getting stronger:-) I feel I can do this!! No excuses to not at least invest 10 weeks in myself. Excited to see what will change!!0
