I'm 5'2" started at 185, but 183 on here. I'm currently 167 and my goal is 125. I could use some support as I was supposed to lose last week and instead have been going up and today the scale said 169 and I have done nothing wrong for that to happen.0

Sometimes that happens but dont let that bother u much ok.

I'm 5'0 and started at 143. I've lost over 20 lbs (very slowly - about 9 months) but am trying to get to 110. I'm at 123 now. These last 10 pounds or so are hard to lose!0

I'm 5'3ish... I probably only want to lose 10-15 lbs, but I need to completely overhaul my eating habits, as I have an unhealthy addiction to cookie dough. I would love to view some diaries, so I can get some ideas for healthy meals.0

I am 4'9 and not really looking to lose much. I basically maintain well between 95-96 lbs, but I'd like to lose another 2 or 3 pounds. People keep telling me that those last pounds won't make a difference but I think they will. Even if not, I like the idea of having a little wiggle room and maintaining from 92-95 lbs. I also lift and run/elliptical. Feel free to add me

My Dr said a "healthy" weight would be 100 but Id like to be around 90 for fluctuation purposes...so I don't freak out so much should I gain a lb or 2 while on vacation or whatnot.
I guess Ill just have to wait and see where my body takes me to as I still have more to lose

I'm somewhere between 5'4 and 5'5, so I think I count haha.
Need to lose 50ish pounds, but I hate cardio and love to lift so there's that. Actually need to restart my journey since it started last December because I've made little to no progress, and I've just not worked out at all the last 3ish weeks.

5 footer here. Need to loose 16kg. I think thats 35lb. Current weight 76kg. My goal weight is 60kg. Been up and down a bit like a yoyo. Lost 800g this week, taking my total loss to 2.5kg.0

:P 161 sm, starting weight 55 kg. current weight 46 kg , goal weight ? i don't give f about it anymore as long as muscle is more then fat and I like what I see in the mirror I don't care what the scale shows. My goals are sport orientated.0 -
