I have changed my weight in day to Friday. Saturday is my one cheat day, so weighing in on a Sunday was not a good idea.

Struggles or successes of your week: Changed the amount I was allowed to eat. Was actually eating to little and not losing. New calorie count seems to be working great for me.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I feel like I've had more struggles than successes! I made a rule for myself that if it's after 7pm and I haven't eaten dinner yet, then I'm not eating dinner that night. If I get hungry I stick with water or hummus and veggies. Usually when I go to bed around 930-1030, I am really hungry so it's been a struggle to stick to my rule but I did it! Everyone in my office loves to snack and everyone is a chocolate fiend, so it's been fun trying to avoid all the Easter candy. I did give in once, but I figured that was ok because I only had one and it was a treat - I can't quit chocolate forever!0 -

dont eat after 7 or 8 all week. try stay close to caloric goal and dont eat as much junk. will be hard since my mom is coming this week and well probably eat out a lot, but i will try my best
Struggles or successes of your week:
going strong for the first week, hopefully i can keep this up. i did end up eating after 7 some days and i did eat unhealthy things when i knew i shouldnt, but diets shouldnt be so strict you cant enjoy your life anymore, you need to let lose sometimes

Struggles or successes of your week: I am struggling with getting busy at work (I am a tax accountant, so the hours are starting to get very long) and I've had take out for dinner more times than I'd care to admit. I'm happy for the loss, even if it's small, and I'm going to commit to bringing dinner with me every day next week so I can avoid the temptation!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I ate relatively healthy meals for most of the week. Stuff that really filled me, but wasn't super high in calories. Cooking for myself has really mad a difference and I find myself snacking a bit less. Anyway, this week was a good one!0 -

I had a good week and I was able to walk often, which helps. I just wish I would make healthier choices when we go out to eat. It's harder to resist temptation when we go out rather than eating at home. I don't want to live like a hermit though!

Struggles or successes of your week: this was a good week in terms of I didn't cheat once and no alcohol. I was a bit annoyed as I hit 131.4 on Monday then got my period and bounced back up into the 134 range and it literally took all week to get back down but I was determined and stuck to my eating and no alcohol and am back there. This also makes 7 days without wine. Probably a record for me in the last few years.
