Struggles or successes of your week: I ate relatively healthy meals for most of the week. Stuff that really filled me, but wasn't super high in calories. Cooking for myself has really mad a difference and I find myself snacking a bit less. Anyway, this week was a good one!0 -

I had a good week and I was able to walk often, which helps. I just wish I would make healthier choices when we go out to eat. It's harder to resist temptation when we go out rather than eating at home. I don't want to live like a hermit though!

Struggles or successes of your week: this was a good week in terms of I didn't cheat once and no alcohol. I was a bit annoyed as I hit 131.4 on Monday then got my period and bounced back up into the 134 range and it literally took all week to get back down but I was determined and stuck to my eating and no alcohol and am back there. This also makes 7 days without wine. Probably a record for me in the last few years.

Struggles or successes of your week: Two months without bread and i dont miss it a bit. Also cut sugar but allow myself once a couple of weeks a small piece of chocolate.
Struggle to drink the right amount of water, i have 4-5 cups a day. Have to try harder to drink at least 8 cups daily. Many different forms of exercise makes me happy! Hope the weather gets better so i can continue my walking outside.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: This was a good week in terms of eating and no alcohol. I was annoyed in that I weighed in on Monday at 131.4 and then after eating well and doing everything right I bounced back up to 134.6 and spent the week getting rid of it. It know it was water weight related to my TOM but still...I was like a total tease. Lowest weight yet! Then snatched away and no having eaten really bad/good things to show for it. But the 7 days without alcohol is a major victory. Probably haven't done that in about 3 years.

Struggles or successes of your week: yesterday had supper at friends' who are great cook, ate reasonably but... ate too many chips in the evening - Lesson learned: better to have more meat and vegetables and not be tempted by munchies after supper - However, had been extra extra careful all week so obviously did not do too much damage smile: (PS: my original post said 165 on 3/1 and goal of 160 for 3/31 but obviously I must of screwed up something as I could not have lost 7.8 pounds in one week - I changed my starting and goal weights for 160 and 155)0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I had workout every even and missed one day so i think due to the i miss extra loss. But im happy with my 3lbs loss. I have to learn no to nibble on my daughter snacks even if they look yummy and are calling my name lol
