Hi just ordered a large bag of special mixed nuts to help with this diet

I think almonds are a good fat and can help with cravings.
If you don't already, get a digital scale and weigh portions as a handful could be anything.
I have a graze box delivered to work and use one punnet a day as a mid afternoon snack.
They usually have pistachios or cashew nuts in them.0 -
Mixed nuts can be healthy if you measure the portion size and track them.0

Nuts are a nutritious food item. I think the only think "not good" about them has nothing to do with the nut but rather the person eating them. I often times don't have the willpower needed to eat them in moderation. Additionally salt is not my friend (previously had high blood pressure) so I need to stick to unsalted nuts. For you, nuts might excellent!0
