But I'm usually under on carbs and over on protein.
EDITED TO ADD: I go off the Mayo Clinic guidelines: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet/NU002000 -

50/20/30 c/p/f i think.. i set carbs lower at first, but i had a really hard time staying below that and kept not making proteins (even though i do already eat quite a bit of those) This seems to work for me for now.0

Mine are just what mfp set.0

I started with 50/30/20 (P/C/F) and switched now to 40/40/20. 30& Carbs was quiet hard, I was over many times. But 40% is pretty fine, and my protein intake is still very high with 40%.0

So far I've been using mfp's default settings, but I think I'll try to adjust them. Carbs are usually under and fat and protein are sometimes over. I don't eat meat, and apart from cheese and eggs the fat mostly comes from fish and plant oils. I used to eat more carbs (before mfp), and I used to have huge sugar cravings, but since I've reduced the carbs and started to eat more protein I'm not on that blood sugar rollercoaster anymore, so I don't want to go back to eating more carbs again.0

Carbs: 45
Protein: 25
Fat: 30
That said, I don't track fat as I rarely eat anything that I think will be loaded in bad fats, but I DO track my saturated fat.0 -

I've done 45% carbs before to (so 35% protein) but that mean't I wasn't enjoying much out of life when I had to sacrifice my beloved All-Bran for breakfast or 1/2 cup rice for dinner. Upping my carbs has allowed me to up my fat which was greatly needed. Before I couldn’t get over 10g now I'm hitting 26g and more (but all under the daily goal) by having a peanut butter and sugar-free jam sandwich daily for lunch. Perfect at my desk so my full lunch time can be spent walking.
Interesting.... everyone above me is eating more fat than protein...0 -
70% carbs, 15% protein, and 15% fat.0

55% carbs/ 25% protein/ 20% fat
Those are the goals I put into MFP. I usually end up higher on the protein and lower on the carbs, so it may be time for me to reset my goals0 -

I'm confused why some have high fat percentage.
with my body...
fat goes in / fat burns out
sugar goes in/ sugar becomes fat
i'm insulin resistant so for me, carbs are an issue
plus, fat is good for your brain. my chronic depression went away when I switched to a high fat diet. and my insomnia went away.0 -

I wasn't aware that you could set it. I'm sure mine must vary greatly day to day because I really don't think about the amounts much. I just try to have a little of each at every meal, sticking to whole grains and vegetable fats.0 -
10/30/60 carbs/protein,fat
what Meganne said....I prefer my body to use fat for fuel instead of sugar...me and sugar don't get along.0 -
35/45/20 carbs/protein/fat0

I just try to keep carbs under 100g (usually well under). I don't watch fat any more because the "non fat" mentality that has been drummed into me for so long was making me crazy - so as long as my fat is coming from nuts, avocado, and moderate amounts of full fat dairy I don't stress over the number.... And I feel much better for it physically and mentally....0
