Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles: diet wise -not a great week as you can see! I've had a very, shall we say, sociable week especially the weekend and lots of naughty food yesterday! Sucesses: it may not seem like it but this has been a very positive week in my mindset! I'm the type of person who keeps starting a diet and if something goes wrong then I'm totally off the wagon. Wheras this week I have much better perspective. I changed my goal to maintenence briefly and could see I was still >3000 calories under maintenece for the week, and this time I'm finally seeing it much more as a lifestyle change

Ive been netting low calories, too low, since i started using my new Fitbit charge HR. Ive been trying to work on it, but still eating my usual amounts (~1600-1800). Also, i started a new position at work.
Success- i fit into a pair of scrub pants that never fit, not even when i bought them! Its the first time i feel i was able to go down in clothing at all. Yay!

Struggles or successes of your week: I actually started in Feb at 169.4. I'm walking a lot (got a FitBit for my bday in Feb - the best thing EVER to motivate anyone!), and I'm not dieting really, I'm using a program that focuses on using your mind to overcome the urge to munch. It is a bit complicated, and yet completely simple. You basically train your mind to focus on the benefits of living lean over the consequences of munching or overeating and living lardy. Anyway, I've dieted for many years, and between this new approach and my Fitbit, I've lost 12.2 pounds since Feb 1st (however I was sick last week and ate my way through the boredom of being couch-bound and sadly gained back about 4.4 pounds - but I'm better now and back on track!)0 -
