Struggles or successes of your week: I keep getting very discouraged as I float between 130 & 132, and I can't seem to dip below the 130 line.0 -

Struggles- Was out of town Fri-Sun Coaching at Regionals, 3 days on my feet I was just too spent to do any cardio. Partied a little too hard Sat Night and Drank most of my gains.
