    I want to lose a total of 112.5 lbs. 88.5 lbs down, only 24 more to go!

  • Have to lose 30lbs!!! I've lost 65 pounds within the past couple of years, was 217 before and succeeded 150lbs sep/14 then the holiday's came around

    Awesome job so far OP! I've lost 50 so far, maybe 10 more pounds (not sure) so about 60 pounds total.

    Doctors tell me i need to be at about 120-130lbs
    My goal is to lose 80 lbs over all and its been a tough journey but i feel like the pounds will be droppin like flies here shortly now that my body isnt in so much pain anymore!
    I started at 216 so I feel your pain...Now im at 196, I was on my journey before getting on myfitnesspal so I understand. My goal is 130 so 66 more pounds to go and Im very good!!! We can do this with the help of each other

    Started out wanting to lose 100 lbs, and I've lost almost 30 lbs so far (about 2 months)... though, when I like what I see and am content with the mirror, I'll re-evaluate how much I want to lose (more or less)

    I don't know. I'm at -80# and I know I want to reach -105#.

    -105# : My lowest adult weight
    -115# : What I remember weighing in high school
    -150# : Competitive athlete weight

    When I think about -150#, I worry I'll look too thin, it's too hard to achieve, it's too hard to maintain, and I may need skin loss surgery. But I don't have to decide today. Today is for plowing ahead! Today is for those next twenty five pounds. :)

    My husband and I are planning to lose about 100 pounds each. We have had a good couple of weeks, but already starting to feel less and less motivated to workout. Playing Zumba fitness on the xbox1 has helped but could really use some extra motivation!

    Drop the workouts if you need to, especially if you're just starting out and it's burning you out. It's unnecessary for weight loss. You just need calories in < calories out. Many people have lost 75#+ without doing a lick of exercise. Once you've found your stride, I'd add in back in gradually. Two strength sessions per week will help ensure you lose more fat than muscle, and the AHA recommends 150 min/week or moderate cardio (such as your Zumba game).
