Basically just hold a dumbbell to your chest as you squat.0 -
I will join! The bootcamp I go to has a squat challenge this month too! 150 squats a day! Buns of steel!!0

Are you ladies trying to do them all at the same time or breaking them up throughout the day?0

i'll do them all at once.. with little one or two minutes breaks in between every 30 squats...0

40 down for day 12.
You guys can do them however you want. I just mix it up. Some days I'll treat them as strength training by using weights, and some days as cardio by doing jump squats.0 -
