  • Day 7 done and am doing morning and night tomorrow to get back to where i am supposed to be. I guess yesterday was busy!

    Basically just hold a dumbbell to your chest as you squat.

    Thanks! I'm much better. Did 120 for day 11 yesterday. Will add day 10 that I missed to today (12) and will do them at the gym tonight

    Are you ladies trying to do them all at the same time or breaking them up throughout the day?

    i'll do them all at once.. with little one or two minutes breaks in between every 30 squats...

    You guys can do them however you want. I just mix it up. Some days I'll treat them as strength training by using weights, and some days as cardio by doing jump squats.
