Hi I have been doing something similar to this. I walk on the treadmill at the gym for an hour everyday or when it gets nice out I will walk outside. I have been getting the meals from smart ones because they have a set amount of calories and I can log it alot easier. I also have a bodymedia fit which make it so easy to know how many calories I burn on anyday at rest or if I add in exercise. I am only 5 foot so it will take awhile to lose 50 lbs but i will do it. You can friend me if you would like. I could use all the motivating friends that I can get. Great job on your loss. You look great.0
