For me, Casein every night before bed with a good fat like walnuts or peanutbutter, and ZMAs. If you don't want to spend money on Casein protein, cottage cheese is also a good slow digesting protein. I eat carbs with every meal as well as protein. Last carbs at dinner, but I don't care what time of day it is. You neeeeeed carbs. Eaten correctly. Timing is everything0
