    Do remember that everyone is a special snowflake- tried and true tactics that work for 99 % of people, will not work for the 1% here on MFP

    Do post asking for advice and then get offended when people don't tell you what it is you want to hear

    sugar=bad=death
    sugar post at all=death
    label any food "bad"= death
    have an opinion - bad
    - post anything without the scientific proof to back it up- including questions= bad

    like others have said
