I'm 175lbs, size 14 jeans last time I checked, x large top (h cup breasts contribute to that x large) and walk 2 hours a day plus 30-45 minutes of sit ups/push ups/ leg lifts/ weights 3 days a week. I stick to 1480 calories a day max and do not eat exercise calories back unless it's a special occasion. Started at 190lbs, goal weight right now of 165. Then a break before I diet again.
I'm 5'7 and had my physical on Monday, and my waist was 35" and weight was 190. I wear a 16 in jeans. My goal is to get under 160 so I have a healthy bmi. My calorie goal is around 1700 1700 a day for a slow weight loss. I walk 1-2 miles a day. Well, it's cold and icy so I skip days here and there. Once warmer weather gets here, I hope to walk 3-4 miles a day and add in some jogging.

5'7", 133lbs, 28 years old. 35-29-36. Got a weird rectangle shape, slimmer hips with a thicker waist (on some sizing charts, my hips indicate an XS, but my waist is a L!). Generally I wear a US 2-4 though. Currently eating at 1210 for loss, but about to start weight training within the week, so I get to eat at my 1700 maintenance soon, yessssss!!

5'7", 140 lbs, 34 yrs old. I haven't measured since I was at 147 lbs. At that time, I was I think 35-27-37. Clothing size varies based on brands, probably most common is a 4 in pants, XS in tops. Goal weight 130. Final 10! Can't wait to get to maintenance.

I run between 6-8 miles per week and my daily calorie goal is 1,240.

No clue on current measurements but my "before" at 150 lbs were 38-34-39.

34 (almost 35 years old), 5'7 1/2", 133 lbs (sometimes I can get down to 131), US size 4 pants, size small tops. 31-25-36 (lost what little breast "weight" I had from strength training, LOL).

My goal is to be 129-131 lbs. I used to be around 124-125 before strength training but I understand now that muscle has to weigh something so I have lifted my weight goal and now I go for clothing fit more than anything... but I'd still like to be down about 3-4 lbs!

Ah, forgot to add: I do 3 days of lifting (1 hour a session) and 3 days of cardio (45 mins).

    I'm 5'7", 149.8lbs and fit a size 2 due to weight lifting.
Wore the same size 2 when I was in high school, 128# and starving myself.

    Just something to think about

I am almost 5'8" and I have to be buying the wrong brand of jeans because at 140 pounds, my size 10's are almost too snug (but my size 12's are too baggy now). I'm down 15 pounds but still looking to lose 5 more...

I am 5'7", 198 lbs, 28 years old, and wear a size 14-16 jeans (depending on the vanity sizing in the store). My ultimate goal is 150 lbs but my first goal is 170 lbs.

I gained weight after college at my first "desk job" and then a few years later started my first form of hormonal birth control which sparked a rather sudden 30 lb weight gain. I am now off BC and starting to sugar detox. I quit drinking alcohol and I am trying to eat as many whole foods as possible. I have always been a regular jogger and I have also recently started yoga!

friend requests and moral support are welcome as I am brand new at this!

I'm 5'7", 45 years old. Currently weighing ~132, but my goal weight is ~128 (I was there before Christmas, but the long snowy winter has wrought havoc on my cravings for comfort food). Measurements are 36 (bra size is 32C/32D depending on bra)/28.5/38 and I wear a US size 4 or 6 depending on brand. My calorie goal is ~1400 and I work out 6 days a week--2 days of running, 2 days of yoga, and 2 days of alpine skiing.

I'm 5'6. Started at 148. Currently at 137. Goal weight 128-130 (we'll see). Current measurements 36-26.5-37.5. Goal measurements 35-25-36. I started at a size 6/8. I'm now a size 4. Trying to get back to a 2, which is what I've been for most of my life. 2 years ago I moved and I no longer walk to work. So there ya go...

One thing we never list in here though, is our frame size. i think that is part of the reason that some of us have different weights vs. clothing sizes than others. Apparently I have a very small frame. (wrist measurement of 5.5")

    Hi there!

5'6" and 156.2 pounds. Measurements 36x29.5x39.5 (mamas got a booty).

I workout 6 days a week usually 30 min or less. Currently doing an at home CrossFit regime with yoga and running (1-3 miles) 3 days a week. In a week I will start my HIIT for 40-60 min 6 days a week with 3 run days mixed in as well as yoga (hatha). I'm not too concerned about my weight number, as I'm trying to build muscle and endurance.

I wear a size 12 pant, but they are loose in the waist and I have to wear a belt pretty tight. I wear a medium shirt. I have pretty big calves (muscular) and thighs so I can't wear a size 10 yet.

I have a desk job so I am sedentary most of the day so I don't count steps. I eat 1350 calories and always eat back at least 1/2 of my exercise deficit. I generally eat at 7am, 930 am, 12 pm, and 5-530 pm with no late snacking. I eat the most between 10-2pm so I stay full during peak metabolic hours.
