Im new and not great with all the fitness and foods etc. ill attach a sample of what my day looks like. started going to the gym and my wedding is in august so I want to get from 14-16 to a 10-12. Add me if you like x

get a food scale to weigh solid foods, its will make a huge difference, log every thing EVERY DAY (cheat days seem appealing but they often completely derail people, your on a time table so you can't afford for that to happen)

Hi,
4legs I completely agree, getting the food side of exercise correct is paramount. Get your portion size correct along with the required protein, carbs and fats and you will notice an improvement quickly.
you can do it, just need to stay motivated.
