New to weight loss

hello everyone im Ailea and I'm just starting out on my weight loss journey.... I started at the beginning of March and I have committed myself to working out everyday for 30 mins for 30 days. So far so good. I weighed in on Sunday and had gained a pound. I was a little disappointed but I am sticking to my 30 day challenge

    That sounds like a great plan. I've just started too and trying to make small changes bit by bit. I find logging my food and exercise massively helpful though! Good luck!!
  • HI Ailea, congrats on starting the journey. Just remember its about the long hall and not the short term. don't beat yourself up over 1 day. I have faith in you.
