Has anyone got any top tips on fast ways to loose wieght either supplements or dieting advice a bit of a novice at this and could do with some help to get a beach body before the summer sets in

I was just going to say your exact sentence comma and all before I read yours. Being on Mfp again for 3 weeks and reading the threads, this is the main thing I see and it kicks in the more I see it! cico rocks. Walking more, eating less and I just started lifting and am feeling great. Down 5 lbs since September 16th. The only supplements I take is a multi vitamin and an omega 3. I'm not sure how much i need them, because I eat loads of fresh stuff and protein, but I'm feeling good. Good Luck Op

Weigh solids, measure liquids, get a food scale, be as accurate as possible when logging, drink lots of water, stay in a caloric deficit and get some exercise if you can. Pretty simple really, calories in<calories out.0
