I just had 450 calories left after logging my meal. Had a Peet's coffee vegan chocolate chip cookie. Delicious!

It would take me 30 seconds so find something 450 calories...
Are you looking for a 450 calorie meal? Snack? Is it sweet or salty... I hate to be this blunt but why are you on the internet looking for 450 calorie advise?
Go look in the cabinet or frig and dive in... LOL
Gia,
It's clear the OP is just trying to converse here, not asking for advice. After all, her first sentence isJust out of interest

CEREAL!0

Pasta (with butter and garlic salt) if I've got a carb craving. Otherwise....I'd be going for some stuff from my INSANE chocolate stash (thank goodness chocolate stays good for so long...).

Ice cream/gelato.
I usually plan and pre-log so I have enough calories for a sweet treat after my dinner every day, but if I had that many left I would have as much ice cream as possible for 450 cals.0 -
Dinner.
Or if I've had dinner then wine. Or brownies. Or both.....

If it wasnt beer, probably something like a brownie or chips and dip, or all of them.0

Red wine and dark chocolate, maybe some fresh strawberries too.0

Depending on my mood and what I have on hand, in no certain order:
A piece of chocolate and a glass of wine (or two of each)
A McDouble
A Taco Bell run (3 Fresco crunchy tacos = 450 calories--Coincidence? I think not...)
A few shots and a beer
A slice of cheesecake
A big bowl of oatmeal w/ honey and dried fruit
Leftovers from dinner
A frou frou espresso drink with all the bells and whistles

Ice cream0

Ice cream/gelato. A whole chocolate bar, or a whole pint of frozen yogurt. Easy. If it's Friday or Saturday it would be saved for Bulliet rye on the rocks.0

Boiled eggs, yogurt, milk peanut butter, piece of chicken. If it was regular, every other day I would just drink extra water and go with the loss.0

I pick food from a certain macronutrient I feel that my body needs and make sure they contain certain vitamins/minerals that'll help me fuel up for a future workout/muscle recovery. I don't supplement so I have to be selective with my nutrish.0

Depends what I still need to hit my macro targets. 450 calories can be half my protein macro at Outback, half my fiber target in a bowl of baked beans or veggie soup, a crapload of vitamin C in a nice strawberry salad, a divinely undercooked chocolate cookie, or half a container of my favorite gelato.0

Nothing. I would save it up for another day.0

Probably the bowl of cereal of my dreams. Or anything really.0

If it's after dinner, lately my go-to has been cereal. Sometimes it's ice cream, sometimes it's yogurt and fruit. Or ice cream and fruit in summer (vanilla ice cream with peaches, berries, mmmmm). As others have said, might also depend on where I'm at with macros for the day.0

Definitely alcohol.0

This week for me, it's been 450 calories of Laura Secord Chocolate Hazelnut spread. Straight from the jar. I want to buy it a ring, marry it, and have it's babies! Someone please hide it on me!0
