    220 before and about 177 now. I still want to lose about 40 lbs and see if I like how I feel then and I'm hoping to be there by the end of this year. I have a type of depression that comes on every now and again and it makes it difficult for me to stay motivated to work out and eat well but I'm hoping that I will stay on track this time with the help of my therapist and some medication.

    Also, I have lost all of this weight through basic cardio (running, elliptical), weight lifting, and eating at a calorie deficit. I don't avoid any foods at all and I don't force myself to eat something I hate because it's "healthy." That being said, I enjoy healthier foods in the first place, so eating low calorie isn't too difficult for me (until Ben and Jerry's is in the picture :stuck_out_tongue: )

    I'm 4 weeks in to my lifestyle change. My goal is 135 lbs. We leave for Tennessee in 18 days and I'd like to lose 3 more lbs by then to put me in the 150s!! Wish me luck!!br062wja4rem.jpg

    Not a big change but I have noticed a slight difference from drinking a ton of water and restricting my calorie intake. All these pictures are very motivational! :D

    I know I just posted in the 5'4 group but I couldn't help but post these here. From well over 185 I stopped weighing myself and lost a lot of weight before I could step on a scale again to 155 now. I'm back on MFP after a few month break (with no gains!) to lose the final 15 or more pounds. I would like to be a size 8 when I am done I am a 10 right now but would like to tone up my core more and make sure no resemblance to a double chin is left. Also stelar job everyone it really motivates me to cross the finish line. hxdc5mpirjrz.jpg

    The first collage I created back in April 2013 when I has lost 63lbs total and weighed 172lbs. The second collage I just created today, I've lost 14lbs since then and weigh in at 158lbs.

    So far down 9.5kgs - 5.5kgs to go! Not only lost body fat but gained strength and flexibility.
    At the start of my weight loss journey 9weeks ago, I could only get my legs level with my hips. now I can touch the floor with my feet!
