Eating more is working for me, too! I actually set my calorie goal at my tdee, and just aim to stay under. Some days I'm really under, and some days I'm right at maintenance. I'm averaging one pound every ten days or so. It's slow, but consistent, and I never feel deprived. I had a Brownie batter blizzard today at lunch because I had already planned my meals for the day and knew that I had tbe extra calories to spend. I've finally found something I can stick with. It is definitely not a quick fix!0
