OPERATION: Skinny B*tch (5/13-8/13)

So I have been looking around for some challenges and whatnot, and can't really find what I'm looking for so I thought I would create a new one. ((The namesake given by an awesome friend who is also working hard at losing some weight))
I need some friendly and encouraging competition to keep me going.
Here's my concept: My birthday is in the middle of July (the 13th!! I have 2 months!!) and I want to look hot for that of course, but I am also doing my first 5k on July 30th, The Dirty Dash-- a 5k with lots of mud and obstacles along the course-- I'm so excited!!
ANYWAY, I figure if we make calories burned, weight loss, and nutrition goals week to week and include a specific challenge for everyone to strive to meet each week it may keep us on track.
With weekly check-ins on Fridays, a winner can be determined by percentages of goals met by the individual? If anyone has a better idea I'm open to suggestions.
Official winner will have bragging rights!! But everyone is a winner in my book for setting goals and striving to meet them! :happy:

Yes you did great! Although I will encourage everyone to set a goal for burning a number of calories within the week. Mine looks extreme, but I work out six days a week!!0 -
word! I have a wedding to go to at the end of July and that's my deadline. I have a dress I want to wear and I want to get down to at least 130 to not look like a ho in it...
