Successes/struggles this week: tough seeing the scale move so slow. I'm dropping my calls this week. I'm very proud however to say that after being out of town fit a whole 7 days I exercised every day and stayed under my calories! I'm super proud of that! Have a great week everyone and hang tough!!
Way to go!
(And I hear you about the scale.)

Successes/struggles this week: This week is the first nice weather we've had this year and I celebrated by going for a run on Wednesday. I haven't run since last October but I've been doing Les Mills Combat since the beginning of the year and assumed I'd only be able to run for 10 minutes at a time max. Well I felt so amazing that I ended up running an entire 5k in 34 minutes (which is faster that I was able to do when I was running consistently last year!). It was a great week and I may not have lost very much, but I'm excited that I'm getting closer to my goal and that I'm fitter than I've been in a long time!0 -

I did not go to the gym again this week. I over eat most days of the week.

I know the reason why I am feeling this way, but I will not post about it on here.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: FINALLY, after weeks of absolutely nothing, some movement in the right direction! Happy to get going again.
I ended up doing a planned "re-feed" for a few days this week so overate a lot, which seems to have shocked my body back into action. Little worried that the calories consumed will come back to haunt me next week, but we'll see what happens.0 -

Successes this week: I definitely didn't expect to lose so much this week. I was eating chocolate cake on Tuesday! I am assuming this is my whoosh after TOM. I'm not expecting any loss next weekend, as I plan to eat lots of tapas in Barcelona.
Struggles this week: Doing two exercise classes in a row was definitely a struggle.

Successes this week: Went out with friends last night and ate some crudite with no dip and had no alcohol. Going to a party again tonight and am planning on the same!
Struggles this week: Had trouble getting myself motivated to work out. Twice I skipped in the morning, but one day I went for a long walk instead and the other I did my video after work (which I loathe). So this struggle turned into a success because I didn't let my lack of motivation get it my way!0 -

Struggles this week: My modem/router died (don't remember which, b/c that's husband's job), and my cheap phone hates the app, so I didn't track for several days. I tried to keep things reasonable... for most of it.
I did relay for life this weekend and it just wrecked me. I baked a fair bit for it and ate a lot of what I baked. I feel like I've got a carb hang over. I did bake it with me in mind, so it was all lactose free, gluten free but still- too much sugar! Cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, biscuits. During the event, I ate so much of that stuff and not enough protein, fruit, & veg. Then when I got home, I didn't feel like cooking so I ate out. So in addition to feeling like I've got noodle legs and having swollen knees, my tummy feels abused.
Success: I spent 15 hours at Relay for Life and walked on and off for about 11 hours of it. I slept for the other 4, but out of the 11 hours or so I did one big 4 hour block of straight walking. I'm swollen, tired, and in pain -but I feel pretty freaking proud of myself for being able to do as much as I did. Too bad I didn't think to bring a pedometer or count my laps, but I'm sure that's the most I've ever walked in one day.0 -

Struggles: Weighed myself yesterday and was 124.8. Weighed today and was right back where I started. Added to this was the first migraine I have had in over a year...
Successes: Stayed in my calorie allotment every day despite going out to eat on Friday and celebrating Pi day with a single slice of apple pie. Purposely went out of my way a few days this week to get in extra steps. My husband has been a huge motivator for that and I am very lucky to have someone pushing me to get out more which is against my intrinsic nature.0 -
