Would like to hear from people that need to lose 30 plus and need help like me to work out.
I have 40 to lose. I do well most days. I've started walk/jogging to help quit smoking. Now I can actually slow jog for 30 straight. Something I'm very proud of, because I never thought I could run. It feels wonderful. Still struggle with cravings though.0 -
