i found a plank challenge on IG. Anyone interested in doing it with me?

Day 4 30 secs
Day 5 40 secs
Day 6 REST.
It continues in a similar pattern for 30 days. Day 29 and 30 result in a plank for 4 minutes!!

I by some miracle actually did my first 20 sec plank yesterday before reading this and just got done doing my second day. They abs are already burning and somehow the back of my legs are too. I love the burn. Haha!0

Does it matter what type of plank? Like, straight arm; on elbows, side, etc. Or just plankers choice0
