What's up all. This dad on diet is on a mission. So far I've lost 27 pounds in 11 weeks. I eat up to 1570 calories a day. I also started running on the treadmill 4-6 times a week. I log everything good or bad and my diary is open. I don't judge so if you're looking for an online diet pal then send me an invite. I hope you meet and exceed all your diet and fitness goals. Hi... My me is Patricia and I live in Raleigh, NC. I have used this app on and off for a few years. I've lost 80lbs in the past and have gained about 50 back. I've recently lost 12 and I really want to stay motivated. I use to run 3 miles 4 days a week and I'm trying to get back to that point. I've joined a local running club and we are currently preparing for a 5k in June! I'm determined, I'm hopeful and I'm excited. I'm looking for friends that are into running, bootcamps, walk/runs, being positive, low fat / low carb recipes and just health and fitness in general.0
