350 calories. Bread 200, cheese 40 (I used the ultra-thin Sargento cheese), turkey 100, tzatziki 30, veggies 20. The meal was 600 calories.

Dinner: turkey sausage, quinoa, red pepper, onion, kale, & mushrooms. ended up at 589 calories.

Roast lamb, I have it with non starchy vegetables and my hubs and children have roast potatoes and gravy.
I eat low carb, dairy free, and mainly gluten free.

Our riff on surf and turf to celebrate the first day of spring (which came here with a -15C temperature and some snow, yay!): crabe cake with spicy remoulade, marinated sirloin steak, home fries and a shitload of broiled asparagus.

Picture not as neat as I wanted to, but still. Homemade brunch this morning: sunchoke hash with ham, kale and leftover asparagus, topped with two eggs and gratinéed with gruyère de grotte.

Used up leftovers from my salmon dinner the other night. Made a salmon salad sandwich with chopped onion, celery, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, asian coleslaw, romaine lettuce, mayo, garlic salt and black pepper; rice pilaf with chopped broccoli, corn, pecorino cheese, and salmon; cucumber and a couple little roasted potatoes.
