I'm gaining weight from 66kg to 77kg hopefully. My athlete friend said to gain weight work out at least 3 Time a week and one day do heavy weights and the next do lighter weights. He also recommended which I got a protein shake called GOOD hemp. It's really good and seems to be working. I've gained 4lbs. The training will help you body Scupt what you put on so it does not turn to fat. A side note the protein drink/shake does not make you bloat. Ciao ladies!!!!0

Yup. I'm too underweight, low-energy, and weak. I'm about 95 lbs, with a goal weight of around 100-105lb. But I want to gain most of it as muscle and just improve my overall functional fitness.0

Hi...I have spent the last 2 years trying to gain weight! I finally got my weight up 9lb but unfortunately I didn't use mfp and ended up gaining 9lb of fat so now concentrating on reducing my body fat, toning and trying to build lean body mass!0

I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 8 stone 11 lbs (122lbs). For me, this is very small- I am tall, with a medium-sized build (wide hips and shoulders, big hands and feet!) and at the moment I'm a UK size 6. I used to be a size 10, about 9st 7lbs, and looked a lot healthier.

Trying to gain muscle and tone up. I have always been petite and below 100lbs at 5ft and a half.
I am trying this app out and keep track of my calories intake for next month or so. I don't run as much now ( lose too much weight ) but I have been rock climbing ( bouldering ) at my local gym about 2-3x a week. When it's nice out, I try climbing outdoors as well.
It's nice to see there are others who want to gain weight too. Feel free to add me as a friend too!0 -

Me! Trying to increase my muscle mass, I want stronger legs and core and growing a booty in the meantime won't hurt.... and I have so much more energy now that I'm eating at the correct levels0

Glad to see so many in the same situation as me!! Seems to be lots of help for women losing weight and less for us that are gaining! I'm underweight.. 46kg atm hoping to get to 65kg ultimately and then maintain that weight. Have struggled with my weight for 4 years and also have fibromyalgia and hypermobility syndrome so struggle with energy levels increased my calories to 3000 per day and seen improvements any tips on what to eat? I'm recovering from a wretched illness that led to the massive weight loss, but I'm eating a lot of good stuff (and supplementing with Ensure Plus)...I eat a mostly vegetarian diet. For medical reasons I have to keep protein intake low. I'm at 2200 now but may need to increase. Feel free to add me!0
