Struggles/successes this week: I worked so hard this week and fluctuated back up to 218 last Monday so I worked my butt off and got to 212. I've stuck to my eating and worked out a lot. Was the end of my 10 week T25 challenge and I lost 10 inches and 16 pounds! I may start it again!

    Loss/gain for the week: -2.2

Struggles or successes of your week:

I have really been kicking it in gear!!! I haven't gone over my calories at all this week. And when I did, I hit up the elliptical. I've met my running goal for the month and really enjoyed moving my runs to the outdoors. I haven't used decimals yet because it hasn't mattered, but I really think I still have a chance to hit my goal. I wanna be in the one sixties before April!!!! That's my dream!!! My dream will happen!!!!

"If you can dream it you can do it" -John Heder

My struggle this week has been with knowing how to care for my legs. Going from the treadmill to the sidewalk has really done a number on my shins/calves. I've been icing and using icy hot, and massaging and stretching. I just don't want to injure myself. (Want to clarify I am not injured or have severe pain just have general soreness)

Weight lost/gained this week: -2.4 kg
Weight lost/gained this month: -1.6 kg

Struggles this week: I got glutened last Sunday and I've felt just awful all week, that's been really hard to deal with. I'm just struggling to deal with low energy, painful joints, and a cranky stomach. It kind of wears on you emotionally - I just want to feel okay. It'll be good in a few days though.

Success: My extra weight last Monday was all swelling. Sounds odd to say that as a success, but I've definitely lost a fair bit since the start of the month and all that walking at the Relay for Life was great exercise on top of it. So it's good to see the numbers. Additionally my only size 18 pants are now loose. Hopefully I'll go quickly to a size 16 because I've still got some of those jeans- otherwise I may be stuck with the size 20-18 pants falling off for a while yet.

Wk 2 Not the best week & not the best start... Far too much high sugar & empty calorie foods. Focus girlfriend... Focus... Pretty good movie to by the way..

Yay!!!! Finally broke through the plateau! Really made efforts to stick to cals and upped the exercise and it worked. Hallelujah! Am still suffering with sciatica first thing each morning but it's gradually getting less painful. I've had a cold for the last couple of days but nothing too bad and it seems to be on its way out. I have a heck of a week coming up - very busy, stressful but exciting....it's going to be a challenge to get all my exercise done and I'm going to have to move my schedule around a bit but I'll do my very best.

    Have a great week everyone!!!!

My only struggle was giving in and eating something I knew I shouldn't; but, that entire "bowl"/package of Orville Redenbacher popcorn sure was tasty. I don't see myself hitting my original goal of 185 by April 1st; but, if I get to 187 it will still be a great month.

    Successes/struggles this week:
1st March: In Feb lost 3.3kg (7.3 pounds) and started the whole 30 diet 5 days ago. Always struggle with over eating.
8th March: Had some good losses even with massively over eating for two days. Still doing the Whole30 but definitely haven't been getting enough sleep which is making everything seem like such a bit effort to complete.
15th March: Keeping to the Whole30 but still massively over eating on the weekend which shows with this weeks poor results.
22nd March: Still keeping with the Whole30 and saw huge results this week, probably a lot of water weight loss but I'll take it. Finishing the Whole 30 in 3 days hopefully I learn from it and make better choices in the future.

Weight lost/gained this week: -.4 pounds
Weight lost/gained this month: -1.4 pound
