Ive done it 2x and currently started a 3rd time, I do suggest you take at least 1 day a week off and pick it up from there, its has good strength so you do need to give muscles rest to recover...just saying.. good luck to all!!0

I am glad I found this forum! I just bought 30DS and two 3lb weights this afternoon and I am starting tomorrow! I will be doing this in addition to my gym workouts 6x a week...so hopefully I can see results quickly with all of the healthy eating I am doing too!

I'm doing the shred today just waiting for my little man to nap!
My measure meant are
Height: 5'8
Current weight : 11st 3 so 157lbs
Dress size uk 12
Waist: 30'
Hips: 38.5
Left arm: 11.5
Right arm 11.7
Chest: 36.5
Left and right thigh: 24.5
I'm doing this onto of running 3 days a week and a new weight programme at the gym so hoping to see some good results

Done day one wow i feel like i've worked hard! My arms are having a good old shake up so the weights must be doing something!
