What food item is always in your shopping cart, because it's your most valuable, frequently used source of your protien?

I like a variety of protein foods, but Greek yogurt and eggs are ALWAYS in my shopping cart. Chicken or turkey is the next most consumed protein food in our home--cheaper than beef and extremely versatile--but I only buy this once a month in bulk.0
