Need some experts advise for belly fat !!

It's like the rest of the fat on our body, just located there. My advice is to lose weight, your body will handle distribution issues automatically. There is no such thing as spot losing.0

Sadly, they are 100% correct... I'm down to 178, work out a couple of different ways weekly, and still have love handles, albeit smaller, but there they are. It's all in the Genes...0

although I sort of agree, I have actually been using a "sweatbelt" during my runs and rides, and that sort of produces extra "heat" in the waist area. I have noticed a difference, but not certain if it is the sweatbelt "assisting"

^^^ agree 100%! I read that post and started one of the bodybuilder strength training plans three weeks ago. I can already tell a difference in how my pants fit around my stomach.
I also cut out processed sugar about 2 months ago. I think both of these have helped me lose fat all over, and I'm just now noticing the difference in my stomach.0 -
