I'm still relatively new to this app. How do I log all the work I do at the gym?

Under the cardio section you would search for "strength training" and log that. Myfitnesspal does overestimate the calories burned though. I only eat back about half the exercise calories because of there crazy over estimations.0

Some of the machines aren't an option though. Can I make the exercise? How do I know how many calories that burns0 -

Yeah I feel like some of the calories per exercise aren't right but idk lol0 -
yes it is annoying when I log in any walking it says...."walking dog".... I Do not have a dog, but I walk with my husband so....its (kind of) true.0

You might want to check out this site. I think it's a lot easier than trying to log all of your exercises every day.

You plug in your stats, and your activity level, then it gives you back a daily calorie count to follow every day.
