    @denisekotz‌ Completely different! The only thing that stayed the same was my address, my husband, and my kids. haha! It's not just physical changes... Mentally I am a completely different person. Out of the depression rut and loving life!

    WOW! You look so amazing! What a great story! I too lost the weight and got fit with no specific diet, it all started with the myfitnesspal app! 2 1/2 years later I continue to use it as a tool to track my nutrition and keep myself accountable. Keep up the good work!!! :)

    You look wonderful! It's inspiring to know it can be done and that MFP can be such a help. I have been on the site for 35 days (I think) and I have found it an invaluable resource. What was the most surprising thing you discovered about yourself when you started? I have been amazed at my own resolve which has been seriously lacking for a long time.

    @nikkib0103 Thank you for the kind words!! The most surprising thing I discovered on this journey? Well there are a few things... #1 would be the amount of calories I was actually consuming. That was HUGE. #2 would be the amount of drive I have! I just had my drive focused in the wrong places... once I started putting the drive towards a healthy me instead of a self destructing me... It was AMAZING what happened!
