    Really did not do good this week at all.
    I did stay Paleo but way, way too much food.
    If I eat 3/4 jar of cashew butter I am
    not going to lose weight. Today is a new
    day and a new "week" to lose more weight.

    Final weigh in for the month for me. Very happy as I managed to do a pound a week even with my limited exercise because of my ankle.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Even though I went out to eat a few times this week, I really concentrated on ordering the right food and always leaving half for the next day. Stayed completely with in my calorie goal and nutrition goal. Very successful month.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I followed this in January and liked it...couldnt find it for February, just found it again for March so I am joining now! I hope it keeps going and I will be able to find it again...

    Only lost a half pound this week....been very stressful week...So I will take that half pound and be happy with it. Will do better this week...

    Struggles or successes of your week: The weather was awful this week which means little or no walking at all. On the bright side, eating went very good and healthy and stayed under my calorie goal almost all of the times. Yesterday went for a jog and felt great. I wish i could go more often and i wish i could lose the extra pounds so it will be more comfortable and easy to run. I will probably not reach my goal till the end of March but thats ok. Slow and steady wins the race!

    Loss/gain for the week: + 0.8 - not going in the good direction this week
    Loss/gain for the month so far: - 10.6 but very happy with overall results !!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Was pretty good all week (no sugar, no bread) but indulged a bit too much yesterday so it shows up this morning on the scale. Did not give in entirely, my sugar monsters did not have a huge victory BUT they did win yesterdays battle - I just have to make sure they do not win the war !!!
    Struggles for next week: Today I am going to a sugar shack so it will be impossible to avoid sugar completely but at least it's maple syrup (healthy right ?) - the trick will be not to indulge (aka overeat) but have a small reasonable amount. MUST RESIST !!! remember, feeling good about myself lasts longer than any maple syrupy taste. Sugar monsters, you will not win !!!.

    Again, all of you have been very inspirational and remind me that I can do this - congratulations on your successes!!!

    Also i'm under 12st now for all those who know what stone is. Its huge for me :) not been this weigh since i was in school over 10 years ago :O

    Struggles or successes of your week: No struggles, except health... been sick for 3-wks, which rendered me completely inactive, unfortunately. So, I'm glad I've lost any weight at all this month, let alone 5-lbs in March & 10-lbs since Feb.

    My goal is just to keep going & it looks as if it will take another 2-3 mos... not so bad.
