Need a Kick in the Butt

I need a kick in the butt in that I am a healthy 68 year old man who has always exercised regularly but I am stuck at 224 lbs (6' 0") and talk a good game about getting down to my goal weight of 195lbs. I just don't do it.

    You have to make a plan, set a date, go. Excersise twice a week to start and eat one healthy meal a day. Then increase. Stop thinking just do it! Good luck!

    Clear out some space in the kitchen -- put away food/ appliances/anything not conducive to your reaching your goal. Get new stuff.
