Shouldn't be a problem if you have the will. I have been eating 1800 calories a day (I am 6'3" started at 294lbs (now down to 1500)). 5 times a week I get on an elliptical for 30 minutes, followed by an adaptive trainer and then 30 minutes of walking on a treadmill to cool down. I just weighed myself and I am at 245lbs. That is 49 lbs since January 3rd. It IS attainable!!!0

No worries. I have been walking every single day and working out about twice a week. I've been logging all of my food and drinking 64oz of water.0 -
