I would suggest making a goal of 30-35 pounds by July. Losing ten pounds a month is healthy. 50 pounds may prove to be difficult to achieve. But go for it if you're determined and motivated - best of luck to you on your journey!0

Hey guys. So this is the challenge me and my friend came up with.
1. No eating out for the month of april. If it is completely unavoidable only order soup or salad
2. Workout 30min 5 days a week. Each week increase by 15min.
3. One workout a week needs to be in public. Ex a gym, or park.

My goal is to get under 200lbs which is a small goal to start with. I am at 211 today. I need to drink more water; is always been a problem for me. Any tips and tricks would be so helpful. To get my water in I add a wedge of fresh lime or lemon which helps me a ton.
Try an app called plant nanny. It's seriously adorable and kinda guilts you into drinking more water0
