5'3" ladies.. what is your goal weight?

I'm 5'3" with a small frame.
Just started a couple days ago, so no progress on the scale as of yet, but:
SW/CW: 131
GW: 115, though when I reach 120 I'll see how I feel and reassess.
But my basic goal is to eat healthier and keep under 130.0 -
I'm 5'2, I'm down to 155 now, my goal weight is 140-145. I've been fluctuating between 155-157 and I'm not sure if it's because i'm building muscle or what but I'd like to see some more progress soon.0

5'3" here! I'm about 130 now.. I haven't checked since I started the diet I'll weigh in on Monday! I've been as low as 118 and felt good, but I could def be comfortable at 105-110! I also have a small frame:) here's my first before pic! Hopefully I'll update with progress...0

5'4" I am abnormally built so my goal weight is 185 lbs any lower than about 175 and I look sick.0

My ID says 5'4" but I swear I'm shorter lol. My goal weight was 135 and now it is 115 .. I don't want to go lower than 115 and I feel that 120 is perfect as I'm getting that "your too boney don't sit on me" from my man lol0

I'm 5'2. My weight in my 20s was 105-110. In my 30s 115-118. Now in my 40s, my goal is 120-125. I'm currently 131, so almost there. I would love to be at 115 or 118 but it is difficult for me to maintain. I already work out a minimum of 5 days a week for about 90 minutes each workout session and I keep my calorie count at about 1400. I know what you mean about clothes. I lost about 22 lbs this past year and finally had to spend the money to buy new clothes. But I gotta tell you that wearing the new clothes for my current smaller size (I wear a size 8-10 in jeans) has motivated me to continue. Whenever I go back and put on one of my "big" clothes, I feel frumpy and unmotivated to continue. So, if you can, buy at least a couple pair of nice jeans at your current weight if motivation is a concern. Good luck0

I'm 5'2 (and a half!). My goal is 140. I've really never weighed less than that as an adult so maybe I'll want to lose more, but in college I fluctuated between 135-145 and I felt great and looked great. I tried to lose more at that point but couldn't seem to get below 135 without starving myself so my goal now is just 140. I have 4 children and I want to be realistic and have attainable goals.0

5'3 , cw 155. Goal is 120, but I'm hoping to be preggers again before then, so it's more than a year off for sure. My first pregnancy did a number on my body, so I'll have to reassess after baby #2.0

I'm 5' 3 1/2" and I lift, so I'm more interested in bodyfat percentage. 22% is my goal. I have a long way to go. That will probably put me around 120-135 or so, depending on the amount of muscle I have by then.0

I'm 5'3 1/2 and 41 yo currently 134 lb. I aim back here again and aiming for 125 initially. I'm very pear shaped so when I go too low I have no chest but still wide hips so don't look so balanced. In latter years I've worked out with weights so I have slightly more muscle up top that helps even stuff out so I'm unlikely to get back to the weight I used to be. My aim most of all is to lose inches.0

I'm 5'3, 45 and my CW is 179. My goal weight is 140 with a big BUT/T - I'm weight training so I'm more concerned with how tight, hard, compact I can get.

I'm 5.3.5-5'4(ish) and my goal weight was 132 but now 128.
It all depends on your frame though.
Some ladies at this height look great at 140 and some look great at 120! (At 120, i would look too skinny, as i have a medium muscular frame)0 -
5'3, medium frame, and I also have more of a body fat goal than a weight goal. I'd like to be in the low 20s on body fat and around 130 weight, but if I get below that I'm going to start compromising my ability to lift heavy things.0

Around 120. I've been anywhere from 93-205 pounds, so I know what each weigh looks like on me. Hopefully I still look good at 120 than I did 4 years ago!
SW: 193.6
CW: 183.0

I am 5'3" and 45 yo. My CW is 131. I'm thinking my final goal weight will be somewhere between 120 and 125 but I'm also really trying to focus on dropping my body fat % in addition to just weight loss.0

I'm 5'3". CW is 129. I'd like to be anywhere between 110 and 115 but I have a medium frame and I'll reassess at 120. About 5 years ago, I weighed the same as I do now but I had body fat was 23%. Now I'm at 28%.0

I just want to be able to have a couple abs showing and to be able to throw some heavy weights around. I don't really have a goal weight.0

I'm 5'4" CW 155. My GW is 115 with the expectation that I will go up by about 5 pounds when I start maintenance. Also it is all relative because I would like to be more muscular, and muscle takes up less volume than fat by weight. I am totally cool with weighing 130 pounds and being toned with 20% BF0

I have always been very lean, and have a hard time adding weight. I am closing in on a healthy 120!0 -
