My starting weight on May 8: 263 lbs.
My weight as of May 14th: 258.4 lbs.
Total weight loss: 4.6 lbs.
I really upped my exercise routine and made sure to eat back my calories. I have now lost over 30 lbs on my journey!! Whoo hoo!!0 -
I'm extremely proud of everyone and their accomplishments this week. Me, however, have done just the opposite of the thread. I gained weight....1.5....just kick me. I'm not giving up!0
