    My starting weight on May 8: 263 lbs.
    My weight as of May 14th: 258.4 lbs.
    Total weight loss: 4.6 lbs.

    I really upped my exercise routine and made sure to eat back my calories. I have now lost over 30 lbs on my journey!! Whoo hoo!!

    I'm extremely proud of everyone and their accomplishments this week. Me, however, have done just the opposite of the thread. I gained weight....1.5....just kick me. I'm not giving up!

    I'm so in. Last week sucked. Starting weight: 125.3 lbs.
    Current Weight: 123.5
    Weight Loss: 1.8 pounds
