    You can't even imagine. Going from a place where I couldn't even go up a flight of stairs without stopping to rest once or twice to being able to swim a mile in just over an hour plus being able to walk 5 miles in one go is a great feeling.

    If I had known how much better I would feel, I would have lost weight a long time ago (or, conversely, how much worse I'd feel being so fat, then I wouldn't have gained weight in the first place).
