            3 egg omelet with cheese, pork loin, onion, and red peppers. I am so. full.0

            A hard boiled egg white because we hard boiled eggs to dye with our daughter and one cracked in the boiling process making it undyable. Didn't eat the yolk though.0

            Chicken leg with mash and salad. because it was dinner but it was lovely.0

            Tilapia (not farm raised) with a tomato/onion/pepper/capers topping and a side of green beans sprinkled with nutritional yeast

 I hear you! Nuts/seeds can make that happen way too easily. I’m just finishing a Wendy’s chicken salad, which is surprisingly low in cal (380cal for 36 protein) and pretty yum.0

 (Smile) That was no salad- that was 3 meals on top of lettuce. The key with salads is less is more once you get past vegetables. And have design and other fatty toppings on the side. Try it!!0
