A hard boiled egg white because we hard boiled eggs to dye with our daughter and one cracked in the boiling process making it undyable. Didn't eat the yolk though.0

I hear you! Nuts/seeds can make that happen way too easily. I’m just finishing a Wendy’s chicken salad, which is surprisingly low in cal (380cal for 36 protein) and pretty yum.0 -

(Smile) That was no salad- that was 3 meals on top of lettuce. The key with salads is less is more once you get past vegetables. And have design and other fatty toppings on the side. Try it!!0 -
