    A hard boiled egg white because we hard boiled eggs to dye with our daughter and one cracked in the boiling process making it undyable. Didn't eat the yolk though.

    For dinner I had a veggie sloppy joe and for dessert a ghirardelli raspberry dark chocolate brownie. Both delicious!

    Almond flour-breaded chicken breast with pesto, bacon and mozzarella inside, with mashed sweet potato and broccoli. :) Yum!

    Made a salad for dinner. After I ate it all and added up the the calories for all the carefully measured healthy ingredients ended up being over 1400 calories. :*

    I hear you! Nuts/seeds can make that happen way too easily. I’m just finishing a Wendy’s chicken salad, which is surprisingly low in cal (380cal for 36 protein) and pretty yum.

    (Smile) That was no salad- that was 3 meals on top of lettuce. The key with salads is less is more once you get past vegetables. And have design and other fatty toppings on the side. Try it!!
